Holiday Road Travel Gift Card Terms & Conditions

 

1. Introduction

This document outlines the terms and conditions for Holiday Road Travel gift cards ("Gift Card(s)"). By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to these terms.

2. Issuer

Holiday Road Travel, a sole proprietorship operated by David Sobczak ("Issuer").

3. Redemption

Gift Cards may be redeemed towards travel services offered by Holiday Road Travel, including flights, hotels, tours, cruises, and vacation packages.

4. Balance

The initial value of the Gift Card is loaded at purchase. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded.

5. Validity

Gift Cards are valid for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of purchase, as required by Pennsylvania law. The cash value on this card never expires but is subject to a 10% or $5 per month fee after 2 years, which is directly deductible from the value of the card.

6. Lost or Stolen Cards

Lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be replaced. The Issuer is not responsible for unauthorized use of a lost or stolen Gift Card.

7. Damaged Cards

The Issuer may replace a damaged Gift Card with a new Gift Card with the same remaining balance, upon verification of the original card's purchase and remaining value.

8. Returns and Refunds

Gift Cards are non-refundable. Unused portions of a Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash.

9. Minimum Purchase

There may be a minimum purchase amount required when using a Gift Card.

10. Change of Price

Holiday Road Travel reserves the right to change the price of travel services. Gift Cards will cover the cost of the service at the time of booking, even if the price has increased since purchase. Additional funds may be required to cover any price difference.

11. Disclaimer

The Issuer is not responsible for any travel arrangements made using the Gift Card, including cancellations, delays, or service disruptions caused by travel providers or other third parties.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
